The URC Women’s Leadership Academy is opening doors, creating connections and empowering the next generation of women to find their place in the sports industry.

Whether you know exactly where you want your career to take you, or you’re still discovering the possibilities, this is your opportunity to learn, grow, find your voice and connect with women who are shaping the world of sport.

You’ll gain knowledge, build confidence, grow your network and, most importantly, start believing in what is possible.
